Buying a home can be stressful, my goal is to help alleviate some of that stress with guidance, compassion and patience.

I am originally from Togo (west Africa), I moved to New York City in 1998 with my family. I moved to Minnesota in 2003, where I went to Le cordon Bleu Culinary Art School after high School. As a former Chef, I’ve always connected with people through food. I believe food is a universal language that we all share. This has propelled me to my second career in life as a Real estate agent, I believe in connecting with people by listening to them and guiding them. When I’m not working, you can find me doing my second favorite thing other than cooking, which is playing soccer.

I worked with Eli and his buyer on a transaction that recently closed and I want to make that Eli gets recognized for going above and beyond to help his buyer get into an affordable home. With interest rates rising affordability is becoming an issue for many first time buyers. Eli was able to find two additional down payment assistance loans offered through the city that we stacked on top of the state funded program which results in the buyer getting $58,000 in down payment assistance. This kept the payment on his mortgage much more manageable and he was still able to purchase in a price range that he wanted.

Where to begin !? Eli has been very helpful from the beginning to the end and still answering questions for me after closing ! We started all the way back in June or July and in this competitive market I felt like giving up but he never gave up on my dream and vision so if there is any agent I would recommend it would be Eli when you feel like it seems impossible he always found ways to keep me in the game and focused on my end goal and not regretting anything .
