Shilo grew up in St Francis Minnesota and married her high school sweetheart soon after graduation. While working in retail management, her job moved them across the country and back while having and raising three children. Her passion has always been found in architectural design, home renovating, and building. Once her youngest child reached his teenage years she decided to pursue that passion and obtained her real estate license.

The best “unknown” restaurant I’ve been to is… Northshore Pizza Café in Two Harbors, MN; they have amazing sandwiches!

My favorite food is… My grandma’s potato dumplings- the next day!!

My favorite vacation spot is… on a sunny beach anywhere with my feet in the warm sand

This was our 2nd time working with our realtor Shilo Johnson. This time we were selling a house that we’d lived in for less than a year due to a death in my family. Not only did she make recommendations on how to make inexpensive corrections, but she actually came to our house with tools in hand to complete a small bathroom project for us. Shilo made the home buying and selling process easy. She communicated well and quickly and was able to accommodate all our needs during both the buying and selling processes. Her team was very patient with us as we toured many houses looking for the right one for us. Shilo's experience and negotiating skills helped us ultimately get a better price for the home we sold and above list. Shilo's closing gift was very thoughtful and appreciated. Shilo has helped us buy and sell our home in Minneapolis, MN and we cannot say enough kind words about her!
