I grew up in Minnesota and love the outdoors. I received my business and marketing degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. I am attentive, very responsive, and dedicated to helping my clients achieve their real estate goals with high integrity. I have 2 amazing children, have lived overseas in Asia, traveled to 5 continents, and enjoy and thrive on new experiences. I love staying active, biking, working out, anything outdoors, boating, traveling, and spending time with my family. We worked with Eric Cummings in the purchase of our new townhome. He also helped us sell our house. It was an excellent experience. He is very ethical, knowledgeable, provided good and wise advice in all instances. He called us back quickly and promptly even at odd hours. Eric also kept us on the level emotionally when the sale dragged on as we had a contingent offer that didn't go through for a longer period that is now common. Questions of a technical nature were answered quickly with good results. I have been involved in the sale of eight or nine properties over the years. Eric is one of the best realtors I have dealt with over the years!

My wife and I worked with Eric Cummings out of this office.
