Buying or selling a home can either be a stressful, dragged out process OR a smooth, memorable experience that fills you with joy… I work hard to help my clients achieve the latter. I love seeing how happy my clients are when they close on their dream home, it's why I love what I do!

David was born and raised in the Twin Cities with his parents and two sisters. He completed his degree in General Management through Thomas Edison State University, and spent a few years working in the restaurant industry before he got into real estate. His first two years in real estate were spent working with a property management company, leasing single-family homes, condos, etc. After that, he moved into residential sales and found his true passion in working directly with clients who were buying and/or selling. David currently lives in Golden Valley. He truly loves what he does as a Realtor and strives to make his clients happy!

My first job was… a stable hand in buffalo. I worked with horses and ponies.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me… gaming with my friends or enjoying nature, hiking/biking.

The best “unknown” restaurant I’ve been to is… Kyoto Sushi, all you can eat sushi buffet!

My favorite food is… bratwurst.

My favorite vacation spot is… Duluth.

I used Kerby and Cristina to both buy (2019) and sell (2023) my condo in the Stevens Square neighborhood of Minneapolis. Both times, I had David Lee as an agent. Both David and the entire Kerby and Cristina team were fantastic! They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with the Kerby and Cristina team, and specifically David, to anyone in the Twin Cities area. Both my buying and selling processes included significant adversity. During the buying process, I had agreed to terms with a seller on a condo, and the transaction was vetoed by the condo association (for no obvious reason). During the selling process, I had a prospective buyer make demands very late in the process and that same buyer later fell through due to financing issues. Throughout both processes, David was my rock! He diligently dealt with each part of the situation as it arose and was proactive in finding solutions. He always walked me through the details of what was going on and answered my endless questions. Through my experience with David, he earned my trust and my respect!

David Lee was extraordinary to say the least!! My mother has passed and he went above and beyond to handle this for me as I live in PA. In addition he helped with delegating her estate as well as being a wonderful neutral party for me and my brother!! I cannot say enough of his professionalism and care for our family!
