I recently had the pleasure of meeting Art & Patsy, a lovely couple looking to transition out of their home and condo. The couple had lived in their 1 ½ story Richfield home for over 20 years and wanted to enjoy their golden years in a maintenance free condo. Patsy, who was a realtor many years ago grilled me during our initial meeting.
Luckily I passed the test, and I am happy to say the couple followed my recommendations to a T! The pair is now excited and unpacking in their new condo. Congratulations Patsy and Art on a smooth transition!
