My first job was… An apple sorter at my local apple orchard. I was 15 and loved it, although I was told I was too chatty, so I got moved to the register, where I thrived!

When I’m not working, you’ll find me… I’m probably at home, baking up a storm or cuddled up with my pup, a book, and a sweet treat— having the ultimate introvert soirée.

The best “unknown” restaurant I’ve been to is… Valentini’s in Hermantown, MN—it’s my friend’s family restaurant. If you’re into pasta, you absolutely have to check it out next time you’re up north.

My favorite food is… Ice cream, no question. I always need a sweet treat to get me through the day.

My favorite vacation spot is… My parents’ house, tucked away in the middle of nowhere up north on a lake. It’s a true slice of paradise—who wouldn’t want to trade city chaos for family antics and an endless supply of snacks?
