Jodie Ripple

I grew up in a small town in southeast MN, helping my realtor uncle flip houses, before that was a thing. There was always a ton of painting to do and even as a child I found it rewarding to see a house become a home. I have a diversified background in real estate. Starting in 2008, I was a paralegal for a law firm specializing in foreclosure and REO properties. Going through this unprecedented time in real estate inspired me to obtain a real estate license and begin rehabbing homes. I gained valuable insights into what improvements would provide the greatest return on investment. I have also been a title closer and 1031 exchange officer. I have extensive knowledge in the title insurance industry, settlement calculations and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Now, I am focusing all of my efforts on being a full-time real estate agent. With integrity, experience and collaboration with The Kerby and Cristina Team I am eager to help you navigate your real estate transaction so you can make the best financial decisions possible. In my spare time I enjoy playing poker, volleyball, yoga, fishing, reading and being with friends and family.
