Christian Anderson (Agent w/ Kerby & Cristina Real Estate Experts) was GREAT to work with in the sale of our home. He was so patient with us throughout the entire process which started out well over a year before we actually sold our home as we were considering building a new home and wanted to understand what our current home would sell for. Christian worked with us early on in the process and never put any pressure on us, always helping out, checking in and sticking with us until we were finally ready to sell our home. And when we did sell our home, the process was smooth and Christian was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to others!

Christian was awesome! He designed an area in our price range and where we wanted to live. We were sent listings everyday. He returned our calls immediately. Christian was respectful and helpful. It was our first time dealing with the home buying process and our realtor Christian Anderson couldn’t of been more professional and spectacular! We are more than happy with our new home he picked out for us! We met Christian through a friend and we were happy to give him a try, he did not disappoint. Christian first set us up with a webpage so we could look at the houses that were on our “check list” (price range, town, land, etc) Christian was very quick at responding with any question or concern that we had. He really took his time in making sure that we were well informed throughout the whole process. I could ask him any “silly” question and he would answer the question plus give us more details about the question. He would give us his honest opinion when we asked. He was very patient and polite with how picky my boyfriend and I were. Our first home had to be perfect, and that’s what it is. We went to look at about 10-15 houses ALL around the west metro area and Christian was a champion with all of our request and questions. He did well with negotiation the price of our house. Christian knew what he was talking about with all of the paperwork and logistics behind buying a home and if he didn’t know the answer he would make sure to find out and get back to us with the answer ASAP. He handled everything awesomely! There were a few obstacles trying to close but we pushed through and closed when we were suppose to! If and when we purchase another house we will most definitely go through Christian! 10/10 would recommend Christian Anderson!! Thank you for finding us our beautiful home, Christian!!
