Chia Moua is a integral part of our leadership team and known for her heart, hustle, and dedication to helping people thrive—whether they’re buying a home or building a career. Raised in Minneapolis, Chia brings a deep love for her community and a strong local perspective to everything she does.
As an experienced agent and head of our Inside Sales Agent (ISA) department, Chia ensures every client’s first interaction with our team is warm, responsive, and impactful. She’s also deeply committed to helping real estate professionals grow, playing a key role in recruiting and mentoring agents who align with our team’s core values!
Outside of work, Chia is all about connection and competition. She has a passion for recreation sports (pickle ball, women’s flag football, & volleyball), and loves spending time in the kitchen cooking meals for family and friends. Whether on the court or in the office, she brings energy, focus, and a love for bringing people together.
My first job was… Technically babysitting, but if you include a job with payroll, it was with Barnes and Noble Café as a barista.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me… Playing pickleball, football, or volleyball… otherwise hosting and cooking.
The best “unknown” restaurant I’ve been to is… Maya Cuisine, NE Minneapolis or Reuan Thai, Osseo.
My favorite food is… Vietnamese Phở & Eggrolls.
Favorite vacation spot… Phuket, Thailand.
