Chris and Lindsay are just a wonderful couple! They are lively, positive and were much fun to work with. I met them through Becky, a client of mine who recently purchased a townhome. Chris and Lindsay are incredible planners and had all their ducks in a row – they were planning a wedding, wanted to get the house lined up, etc. Their financing was spotless and smooth and our home buying consultation was a great time. We discussed various locations for them, but in the end, their priority was more about the right home than a certain area, since they had some flexibility with their commutes.
As we set off on the search, their good tastes were evident and I was sure we would find the right home for them soon. Sure enough, a beautiful home that had been carefully remodeled by a family who was now building a new home, popped on the market in Woodbury. The new kitchen was incredible with an amazing granite island and custom cabinetry; the master was beautiful with a fireplace; there was a Jacuzzi, tiled and glass showers, a huge deck, a stellar yard for the dogs and the quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood was a perfect fit for Chris and Lindsay.
As we did the final walk thru just days before Thanksgiving, they told me all about how they were going to host both of their families for the big meal! Without a doubt, Chris and Lindsay, I know you will enjoy your gorgeous home and have many a good party there over the years.
