When I first met with Olga and Helmer earlier this spring they were tired of renting and wanted a home they could call their own to raise their two young children. We sat down and chatted about their goals, and from there, developed a strategy on how we were going to achieve it.
In the strong summer market of 2016 it took a few tries to find the right home, but in the end the perfect one came on that we were able to act on quickly and successfully close 35 days later. Now the family is enjoying settling in and getting to know their new house and neighborhood. Congrats!
