What started as a dream, quickly turn into reality as I purchased my first home while still in college. It started as a hobby and became a passion. From simple renovations to luxury home flips, new construction, and everything in-between. I've been involved with real estate long before I was a realtor. Through the largest and most complicated transactions, the value and experience myself and my team bring are unmatched.

Nathan grew up in Cottage Grove, attended high school in Woodbury, and graduated from University of Northwestern. For as long as he can remember, he has always been an entrepreneur, owning a landscape and consulting company from high school through college. Becoming more serious with investing, real estate was a natural transition. Believing that real estate is the best investment in the world, it allows for people to start building and continue growing wealth in ways that other options do not allow for. When Nathan is not working or doing a renovation project, he spends his time with family and friends being active outdoors, spending time camping or at his cabin in the summer, and skiing in the winter.
