When I met with Jay and Nithya I learned they were first-time home buyers quickly and went through all of their questions to make the home buying process easy and less complicated for them. They were looking for a home for their family that was in a good school district along with being in a community where there is access to parks and trails. They were looking to be near their family and friends as well. They decided on a townhome community in Eden Prairie. We looked at a few townhomes and the right one came along and we jumped on it and made an offer and it was accepted! They were so excited to have their first home and they closed at just the right time before the school started for the year.
