I met Anis when he reached out to Remax for help with his home search. He is a wonderful guy that wanted to purchase a townhome where he could be easily accessible to the gas station he owns in Plymouth. We looked at many places trying to find the right price point for the right home. Our team worked together to locate the best fit for him. The right townhome came on the market in Maple Grove and once we showed it to him, he made an offer within the first hour and a half on the market. We were able to lock it up while there were several agents and buyers desperately trying to get in to see it within the next day or two. It all worked out great for Anis and he now owns a wonderful 2011 built townhome!
