This month we did a question and answer with Kerby about the approach he takes to get homes sold. Kerby and his team utilize a specific system to sell homes faster and for more money.

What programs are you offering that reflect your outside-the-box approach to selling homes?

Kerby: For starters, we have our “30-Day Test Drive” program. We’ve found that many home owners who try to sell their home with an average agent find they’re unhappy with the service and feel trapped in a 6 or 9 or even 12-month contract with no way out. That’s why we offer an easy-exit listing agreement. Our “30 Day Test Drive” program gives homeowners the chance to test-drive our marketing plan for 30 days. If they’re not completely blown away by our service, they’re free to go elsewhere. This means zero risk to our new clients and we back it up in writing. It’s all about value and marketing. We operate a value-based company and stand behind our word with service guarantees. We plaster our listings on hundreds of real estate sites and marketing venues to attract more buyers. Our sellers see the results first hand.

In this unpredictable market, how can you possibly offer such a program?

Kerby: Simple. It’s all based on our powerful Marketing Plan that continuously feeds our pool of pre-approved, ready-to-buy home buyers. We consistently negotiate a better sale price for our home sellers, often coming within 1% of asking price, in less market time than our competition. Price is a function of supply and demand and how you position a home with the right marketing. Using the most innovative technology, attractive staging and professional photography we increase the demand for our home listings by boosting their marketability and selling them faster and for more money.

What do you attribute your success to?

Is there a better or worse time of year to buy or sell a home?

Kerby: Historically low interest rates, combined with great buying opportunities make it a great time to shop for your first home or move up to a bigger home. There is more buyer activity in the spring and summer, so now is the time to make the move!

Kerby: The difference is simple. I have a proven, repeatable system to sell your home for more than the methods of traditional real estate agents. 192 sold homes in 2013 is proof of that!
