Gaby is from Caracas, Venezuela. She decided to make a better future for herself and moved to Miami to finish her studies at Florida International University. After graduating she started working at an Advertising agency but Real Estate was always on her mind so she pursued her Real Estate career. With a job transferred from her husband she landed in Minnesota. She loves the people, the city, the restaurants and is proud to call Minnesota her home. Fun fact: she was named by Minnesota Monthly ” Up-And-Coming” foodie influencer in the Twin Cities.

My first job was… Camp Counselor when I was 15 to kids ages 5-7. That’s where I learned to be patient.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me… Eating at restaurants ,playing tennis, working out and enjoying time with my family.

The best “unknown” restaurant I’ve been to is… Cave Vin in Minneapolis. French restaurant, great service and the Escargots are to amazing.

My favorite food is… Braised Short Rib. Simmered until tender, so much flavor in just one bite.

My favorite vacation spot is… Anguilla Island. The beach is absolutely stunning with its mix of turquoise watering deep ocean blue. Just stunning.
