Emilie Waletich grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She moved to Minnesota to attend Minnesota State University, Mankato, earning a degree in Communications, while also participating as a member of the swim team. She had her first experience in the real estate industry during her college internship with Century 21 and shortly after became a licensed realtor. Emilie is married to her husband Max. They have one child, Brody who was born in 2021. Outside of work she loves trying new recipes, going to fitness classes and going for family walks, and spending time with family.

My first job was… Teaching swim lessons.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me… at a 5 AM workout class (best start today), on a family walk with our yellow lab Maverick, or spending time with my family.

The best “unknown” restaurant I’ve been to is… it’s not unknown but Cov or 6Smith are two of my favorites!

My favorite food is… Pizza or Tacos, I can’t pick just one!

Favorite vacation spot… Hawaii! I have been there 3 times for our college swim team winter training trip and went to Maui on our honeymoon. It’s worth the plane ride!
