Fresh out of school and ready for a change of scenery, Ryan Griffin came to us excited to buy his very first home. After only a few hours of looking, he had already found the perfect one, a small condo in Bloomington. Finding the place was easy, but getting everything set to close took some work. Thanks to the hard work of everyone involved however, we were able to welcome Ryan home! Congratulations Ryan!
