I met Dave and Lindsay over a year ago. They were searching for homes online and found our website. We started talking about their goals and dreams for their new home. Over time we were able to narrow down that they really wanted to build a home. Since they wanted to be in the Maple Grove area, within an ideal budget, we focused on the new construction townhomes by Arbor Lakes. The development is wonderful, and the builder did a great job! Our new construction specialist met with Dave and Lindsay and the builder and we were able to secure the best unit for them. A huge, end unit with three bedrooms upstairs and a spacious loft with vaulted ceilings! The main level is large, and the the decisions they made for the finishes made the home amazing. In addition to the above ground living space, they also have a finished basement with a bedroom they will more than likely use for guests. Their home is amazing and I personally am in love with their kitchen!
