Mei was referred to us by a past client, who was referred to us by a past client, who was referred to us by a past client and friend. CRAZY!
Mei is a sharp woman who works at Allianz Insurance in finance, but she has an artistic flair with her own photography business. Mei wanted to buy a small house or townhome within a couple specific geographical areas – either by the St. Paul U of M campus, or close to Golden Valley. After considering a few options, Mei decided without a doubt upon a spacious, bright, nice townhome in Golden Valley. It’s a great place to take care of her needs and won’t require too much maintenance, especially since we got the seller to pay for a Home Owner’s Warranty for her. The closing was smooth and now she gets to celebrate in her new home!
