MEET MY FAMILY:
Raised in a small Midwest town, Kerby was instilled early on with a strong work ethic and traditional values. At 12 years old, he got his first job at the local chicken plant. “Money doesn’t grow on trees,” his father would say. Kerby worked hard for six years at the plant evenings and weekends, before deciding to attend Hamline University to pursue his degree in business. He has a natural propensity for business and was hired after graduation by General Mills to work on business operations. After three years at General Mills, Kerby’s entrepreneurial itch was getting real, and he took real estate classes on evenings and weekend. He went after it full throttle in late 2006. He had a few good years, but it wasn’t until he and Cristina got married and later joined forces in the business that it really took off. The team is now executing the vision that Kerby first had in 2006 and he couldn’t be prouder of the success of the team.
In addition to the real estate team, Kerby has owned a home building company, flipped homes, and currently is focused on a software company for real estate businesses www.ClickContracts.com as well as lending to investors flipping home. He and Cristina have grown their rental portfolio and Kerby has done consulting work for several real estate companies. He’s taken his love for real estate, his knowledge, and his expertise and applied it to his everyday life. Kerby has a knack for ‘big picture’ and loves dreaming big about the companies and how to serve our clients!
MEET MY FAMILY:
Cristina was born in Mexico City and grew up traveling all over the world. She spent many of her formative years immersed in other cultures. Cristina earned her Communication degree from the University of Minnesota with a minor in Business Management and spent much of her early career working to support small businesses through her role as a property manager in the Twin Cities and participating in various educational projects in India, Philippines, Brazil, and Mexico. While in DR Congo, she taught business skills to women who suffered from sexual violence or had a lack of access to basic health care.
After moving back to the United States and marrying Kerby in 2009, Cristina quickly joined him in starting and expanding their Real Estate Team. Cristina has worn every hat in a real estate company from being the first marketing and “get anything needed done”, first ISA, dedicated buyer’s agent, dedicated listing agent, coach, trainer, and now is the Integrator of their team. She takes great JOY in investing in the leaders in her team and the amazing agents that make ~700+ homes sales a year happen! She and Kerby are serial entrepreneurs and have a couple additional businesses and are always looking to grow the opportunities of the people in their world.
Cristina and Kerby are the proud parents of 4 children: Viviana, Lucia, Santiago, and Amelia. They love spending time with family at their lake place and traveling to warm places!

Family is the core of my life. I am happily married to Jason, the exceptionally talented Executive Chef at Manny’s Steakhouse. Together, we share our home with our two amazing children, Lottie, and Riley. Their boundless energy and creativity inspire me daily, reminding me of the importance of creating warm, inviting homes where families can grow and create lasting memories.

I pursued my passion for business and earned a Business Degree from the prestigious University of Kansas. As a proud Jayhawk, I honed my skills and developed a keen business acumen that continues to serve me well in the dynamic world of real estate.
With a solid education foundation, I ventured into the corporate world, dedicating 17 years of my life to various retail companies, including the renowned Target. In the corporate world, I held senior leadership positions in Merchandising, Product Development, and Design. These roles equipped my with invaluable skills in understanding market trends, negotiating deals, and most importantly, understanding the needs of my clients.
A TRANSITION TO REAL ESTATE:
Driven by my passion for homes and a desire to make a more direct impact on people’s lives, I made the pivotal decision to transition from the corporate world to real estate. Drawing on my extensive background in merchandising and design, I bring a unique perspective to the luxury real estate market. I embarked on my real estate journey in 2020, and since then, I have had the privilege of assisting 52 families in finding their dream homes. What sets me apart in the real estate industry is my expertise in luxury properties. With 40% of my listings, and 20% of my total sales as an agent being luxury properties, I take immense pride in delivering exceptional results for my clients in the luxury market.

My family is at the center of my life. I am blessed to be married to my amazing husband Mike, who is CEO of Healing Haiti, a non-profit that strives to help impoverished and underprivileged families in Haiti. We have two kids, Bennett and Natalie who are full of passion, smart and athletic. We love cheering them on at their many events! We also have a Great Pyrenees named Willow who has a lot of personality.

For my undergraduate education, I attended the prestigious Drake University where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication. I then attended law school at Suffolk University Law School where I obtained my Juris Doctorate.
After law school and passing the Bar Exam, I clerked for a District Court judge. I then joined a law firm where I practiced real estate law, including foreclosures for small and mid-sized banks and homeowner’s association law for hundreds of community associations. During my years in private practice, I had the privilege of working at two other law firms where I also practiced real estate law and title insurance litigation.
Moving from private practice into the corporate world, I worked at an industry-leading cyber security and technology company serving as a manager in the legal document review division and liaising with complex clients across the globe.
A TRANSITION TO REAL ESTATE:
I obtained my real estate license and pursued a career in real estate sales in 2018. I love getting to know and serving people, and I knew real estate sales would offer me an opportunity to do that while still leveraging my legal expertise and knowledge, including contracts, negotiation and title.
