Vinayak (Vinu) and Dipa were married not too long ago and it was time to find them a house. Both Vinu and Dipa are originally from India and Vinu is in IT in Minneapolis (working in the warehouse district). Dipa moved to the US about 15 months ago and the couple was excited to find a great home to begin their family. They were a referral from a past client so it was exciting to meet them and find out what they wanted in a home. After our initial in office consultation, we got them out looking right away.
This awesome couple started out with their eye on Maple Grove, but after some more discussion and guidance, we landed on a very cool area in Blaine that is known as “The Lakes” area. The home was a perfect fit for them and their little one that is one the way! This incredible development went up in 2005, so the home is practically new. The home has a California feel and has a phenomenal view of the lake and direct lake access. As you can see from the photo, they couldn’t be happier with the purchase of their awesome new home. Congrats Vinu and Dipa! We are really looking forward to enjoying some AWESOME Indian food with you and your friends at your house warming party in a few weeks!
