I (Kerby) have been working with a number of investors over the past three years. It has been a bunch of fun learning the in’s and out’s and helping people make some pretty good cash while doing it. The property we most recently did was a nice 3 bed, 2 bath place in St. Louis Park.
This living room was garbage before he did the trim and the oak hardwoods.
He closed up an area in the kitchen making this a galley kitchen and really improved the over all look and feel of the home. Functionally it was an AWESOME kitchen with stainless and subway tile.
The main level bath was a 10 out of 10 after it was all said and done. This couldn’t even be used when he bought it. A really nice turn around.
The best part of the story is that this client had the house on the market on a Thursday and by the following Saturday night we had 5 offers and 21 showings. Just a REAL awesome win for not only my seller, but also for the buyer of the home as well… he couldn’t have been happier. Seller couldn’t have been happier either! The best offer he got was $5,000 over list price… SWEET!
