Molly is my cousin, so it was very fun helping her and her boyfriend, Ryan, find the perfect home to share. Molly was considering selling her very cute but smaller home in St. Louis Park. After meeting with Kerby and I, she took the advice to consider renting, found a great tenant and can continue to build equity while moving to a larger home. Molly and Ryan had seen a home they loved but wanted to make sure it was the right one.
