Kerby and I met Bill and Lois when they were looking to downsize from their Bloomington home into a one level living situation within the same area of Bloomington. They are a lovely couple who have been married for 62 years and were clear about what they wanted. After a consultation we were able to get them out looking at the right properties. We ended up negotiating on a wonderful condo for them.
