Cory and Emily were looking to find their first home together as a married couple and wanted to find “the one” BEFORE their wedding on May 18th. They needed their home to be close to their jobs, and it also needed to allow cats. There was not a large amount of inventory within their search parameters, but one day after looking at a condo, I checked to see if anything came on the market in the last hour within the same complex during our other showing… and sure enough, there was one other option! We immediately requested a showing and were able to get in within a matter of minutes. They ended up falling more in love with this unit than the previous one, as it had a three-season porch, was very bright and open, and you could walk to the pool directly from the condo’s back steps. Needless to say, we submitted an offer right away and found out what was most important to the sellers. This condo went into multiple offers, but the sellers liked how polished our offer was and that we included a letter explaining the buyer’s desires. They ended up choosing to work with our offer even though there were higher offers on the table. Cory and Emily got to move into their new home today… 2 weeks before their wedding! We got all assessments paid for by the sellers, got the condo under the appraised value, and got all closing costs covered by the seller. It was a win-win-win for the fantastic couple!
