I really enjoyed helping Andrew find his new townhome. He was originally set on having a new home in the St. Louis Park and South Minneapolis area. But quickly found out he could get more for his money the further out of the city he went.. He ended up finding a great townhome in Eagan which happened to be about 10 minutes from where he works. He was pleasantly surprised when he entered the townhome it had all the amenities he was looking for and in his budget. We ended up being in a multiple offer situation and we strategized our offer and GOT IT!! I really enjoyed hearing the excitement in his voice when he found out we got his new home. Andrew has been there for almost a month now and loving it!
