I first met with Dhawal and Dhwani earlier in the spring to discuss their goals and understanding what would make the perfect home for them. They knew they wanted to be in the coveted Wayzata school district, they just weren’t sure if they wanted new construction or an existing home. We looked at several homes and researched many builders which helped them quickly narrow their focus on a Lennar community that they could see raising their family in. After breaking ground in mid-summer it has been exciting to watch the progress quickly unfold. The family now has a beautiful new home of their dreams. Congratulations!
