I met Terrance and Jamie through a unique situation. I was listing a gorgeous home in Maple Grove, and they reached out to me as they knew one of the sellers and were very interested in buying it. We put together an offer and were able to come to terms with the seller. Terrance and Jamie are a wonderful couple that had one child and one that was on the way. They were absolutely delightful to work with, and I enjoyed getting to know them. The home that they bought is beautiful, updated, and has a fabulous, huge yard. I have no doubt that they will be very happy in this home, and they are going to live very close to their work which is perfect for this young family!
