I go way back with Ben. He and I went to high school together. I have actually known him since about 6th grade. He’s a standup guy and he just married a super classy gal, Megan. I started working with Ben and Megan about 3-4 months ago to find a home in what started as the South East Metro. After starting to look over listings and get a feel for the market, Ben got the itch to fulfill something that has always been a dream of his, “I have always wanted to live in Northfield.”
So, we switched our focus to the little college city of Northfield and started making the pleasant drive 35 minute drive south a few weekends to find them a home. Ben is a funny guy, so the drive down was like a free comedy hour. The first few times out see homes we got a picture of the market and then we found it! It was a cute one story with an AWESOME back yard. Megan has a vision, so her plan is to get in there and make the kitchen amazing and redo the main level bath. Cristina and I were able to hook them up with some GREAT contractor/handyman/flooring contacts and Megan is going to be doing a lot of the general contracting to make the house into a home. We couldn’t be happier for Ben and Megan as they embark on their new journey as Northfield citizens and a married couple (Just married July 13th!).
