From a headache to a sold home!
Dear Kerby & Cristina,
This letter is to thank you for the excellent work you did selling our house! As you know, our house had been on the market for six months with a ‘hum-ho’ realtor that never communicated with us. While our situation was somewhat complicated – It never seemed to be a problem. If you didn’t know the answer to a question I had, you never made up the answer: you always found out and ALWAYS returned the call or email with an answer. This alone, speaks wonders.
When we started the listing process, I was shocked to discover that you regularly go out of your way to provide professional photography to feature your homes. This was a huge factor – as I know the previous pictures did not do our home justice. Immediately we saw a huge increase in people wanting to view our home vs. just looking online and passing. I am sure the pictures increased our selling price, and am absolutely convinced that it increased the selling speed.
I really enjoyed getting a weekly market update from you. It was personal and I knew then that you were spending several minutes or hours of your week on my home. It wasn’t like you just listed it and hoped for the best. You were there making sure that my home was getting viewed enough – and when it wasn’t getting any more buzz, you contacted us, and we made a change.
